Refurbishment, extension and redefinition of external spaces and accesses, construction of an exterior car shelter
The building is located near Lake Alserio, within the perimeter of the Regional Park of the Lambro Valley. This area is broadly famous for its remarkable natural landscapes and enchanting views.
PROJECT ACTIONS
- Enlargement of building volume.
- Replacement of the existing roof.
- Complete internal refurbishment
- Energetic improvement through installation of external thermal insulation and PV panels
- Geometric changes to windows and doors favouring the best landscape views.
- Extension of master bedroom at the ground floor;
- Refurbishment of outdoor areas with construction of retaining walls in reinforced concrete due to structural failure of the existing ones.
