Global refurbishment, energetical improvement and reuse of a small industrial shed in the municipality of Lissone (MB).
Main external performed works:
- Substitution of the old absetus- concrete roof with new stainless steel painted panels
- Facades edited with new doors, windows and sectional doors, designed to serve the new production needs.
- Exterior space reorganization: a part of paving with concrete blocks and construction of a painted steel structured portico
- Exterior thermical improvement with new insulating panels equipped with an exterior ondulated aluminium sheet.
Main internal performed works:
- Interior thermical improvement through the installation of new insulating suspended ceiling
- Creation of a new office block with concrete and bricks , structural walls and steel and glass internal partitions
- Distributional changes and construction of new industrial flooring in the main building
- Reorganization and interior refurbishment of toilet .
