In China, the social club is the most common arena in which developers sell new apartments. Social clubs have evolved into meeting places and sport gyms within newly constructed residence complexes.
Our proposal here was to follow the topographical reality we had to work with. We decided to take advantaged from the privileged location of this area that extends trough the southern point of a peninsula set on a beautiful lake that is the principal attraction of this location. We therefore gave priority to the magnificent landscape, rising the building in two different levels carefully oriented to offer the best sights in the area.
