Jing Li hotel - Chongqing
concept for a mixed use building

Our brief was to unify a range of separate functions within one single building: a Five Stars hotel, a restaurant, a dance hall, a major bank, a selection of shops and various business offices with a total construction area of about 107000 square meters.
We decided to distribute the public functions such shops, bank restaurants and dance hall into the low buildings and the more private ones, as the five star hotel and the sky lobby, in the tower.
