PROJECT ACTIONS
- Replacement of the existing roof integrating two new attic residential units
- Implementation of two terraces in order to create new openings for ventilation and illumination for the new units in the attic
- Refurbishment of ground, first and second floors,
- Remodelling of facades with new internal subdivisions
- Addition of a new lifting platform overcoming architectural barriers
- Demolition of an iron and plastic shed in the interior courtyard and renovation of the courtyard
- Energetic improvement through the installation of external thermal insulation and solar thermal panels
- Geometric changes to windows and doors
